CLA negotiations KLM - VNV in difficult phase

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and the Dutch Airline Pilots Association VNV met again today to discuss the future collective labour agreement (CLA) for pilots. Regrettably, the negotiations are in a difficult phase. Both VNV and KLM have put forward proposals. KLM takes the objections and wishes of its pilots seriously, which is why a strong and substantial package of measures and solutions have been tabled. KLM believes that, in combination with the previously negotiated agreement in principle, this package should bring about the desired reduction in work pressure and improvement of the work-life balance of pilots. To avoid disrupting negotiations, no further content-related details will be released at this time.
