We realise that the malfunction is highly annoying for all passengers who will not reach their destination today, particularly in this busy holiday period. We are doing what we can to resolve problems and prevent further cancellations. We have deployed extra staff to ensure that our passengers can continue on their journey as soon as possible.

Passengers are advised to check the latest flight information via KLM.com or the KLM App and to change their travel plans if possible. If your flight has been cancelled, please do not come to the airport until you have been rebooked.
