The fuel system of the external company Aircraft Fuel Supply is malfunctioning. As a consequence, aircraft at Schiphol cannot be refueled. This has caused delays and a large number of the European flights as well as a limited number of intercontinental flights have been cancelled so far. The expectation is that tomorrow (25 July 2019) the operations can be restarted gradually. This means there may be a number of cancellations as well.

Passengers are advised to check the flight information at KLM.com or the KLM app. If their flight is cancelled, they should not come to the airport.
