Reappointment of Marjan Oudeman as Supervisory Board member at KLM

During the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of KLM in Amstelveen, shareholders approved the reappointment of Marjan Oudeman as a member of the Supervisory Board. She was available for reappointment at this position, to which KLM Works Council's enhanced recommendation rights applied. In addition, shareholders granted discharge to KLM's Management Board with respect to their duties for the 2024 financial year.
