No agreement between KLM and ground-personnel unions yet

Summary

Negotiations between KLM and the ground-personnel unions ended on Monday night without reaching a new collective labour agreement (CLA). In the end, KLM presented an integral package of proposals in a final attempt to reach an accord. The unions have agreed to put this to their members.

On offer is a balanced package which will further secure growth and, thereby, employment. It complies with the targets laid out in Perform2020, while also responding to the wishes of the various unions.

KLM appeals to all ground-personnel colleagues to vote in favour of this package.
