KLM’s Rob Koelewijn named Vitality Manager of the Year

KLM’s Health Manager Rob Koelewijn has been named “Vitality Manager of the Year” by Dutch training institute Gezond in Bedrijf. Koelewijn received the trade award for all the initiatives he has taken at KLM to raise the company’s vigour to a higher level.

KLM is proud that this year’s prize was awarded to our Health Manager Rob Koelewijn, who works consistently to keep KLM employees fit and healthy. Koelewijn sees the award as recognition of the fact that KLM is on the right track towards improving its employees’ health.

The Vitality Manager of the Year is a trade award that has been presented since 2011. According to Gezond in Bedrijf (Healthy in Business), the winner is considered to be someone who makes a substantial contribution to the vitality of their organisation with enthusiasm and impact, in line with the organisation’s goals. It is someone who knows how to get the organisation and its employees on the right track, ensures that the organisation improves continuously, and learns from experience.
