KLM’s response to current state of Cabin Crew labour contract negotiations

Earlier this week, KLM attempted to reach an agreement with the trade unions for cabin crew (VNC and FNV Cabine) by offering a proposal that will allow KLM to fully withdraw the so-called “Minus-1 CA” measure effective 1 October 2017. Regrettably, we have not yet reached an agreement. All parties are disappointed by this outcome, but talks are still underway and the negotiations have not yet been rounded off. We are confident that we will be able to pursue consultation in a constructive manner.
