KLM Offers Passengers Extra Peace of Mind
KLM recognizes that people are eager to travel but, due to global developments, are uncertain about booking tickets to distant destinations in the longer term. To offer passengers more peace of mind, KLM is temporarily providing travelers with extra flexibility: tickets for all intercontinental flights departing from Schiphol can be changed once free of charge. KLM is also offering attractive fares from June 9 through June 18 on more than 50 routes to European and intercontinental destinations.
“Especially in these times, we want to make booking a trip as accessible as possible. With the extra flexibility and attractive fares, we’re giving travelers more confidence to make their travel plans for this summer or beyond,” said Frédérique Pelger, KLM VP Benelux, Dutch Caribbean & Suriname.
“Temporary deals, lasting memories” is part of a broader KLM campaign, Travel Well, which aims to inspire travelers to get more out of their trip. If you go, make it unforgettable. Traveling with KLM isn’t just about where you're going, but above all how you experience it. Every day, KLM employees do everything they can to make the journey meaningful for passengers, so that customers feel welcome when traveling with KLM.

In this campaign, KLM is also utilizing Sponsored Snaps, a new ad format on Snapchat. KLM is one of the first companies in the Netherlands to use this feature.
