KLM Launches #HappytoHelp
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ customer service team will be assisting not only KLM passengers in the coming week, but as many travellers as possible all over the world. With this special campaign, KLM wants to familiarise travellers with its unique approach to customer service.
From a special glass pavilion at Schiphol Plaza, our #HappytoHelp customer service team will spend five days assisting travellers via social media as well as at various airports worldwide. Service at the pavilion will be available 24 hours a day, as is the case for all KLM customer service. The campaign will be on from Monday, 13 October, until Friday, 17 October.
With this campaign, KLM would like to show just how important top-quality service can be. All queries and requests will be dealt with in an open, caring and personal manner, with a view to ensuring a swift and professional response.
