KLM-BCG partnership announces GOL as new customer


The unique partnership between KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM) and The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), aimed at improving Digital Airline Operations worldwide today announced that GOL becomes the reference low-cost carrier customer.​

With more than 33 million passengers transported annually, GOL is the largest airline in Brazil, operating 750 daily flights to 73 destinations in Brazil and in South America, the Caribbean, and the United States. KLM and BCG have developed and brought to the market state of the art solutions based on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced optimization. The jointly developed technology drives growth, accelerates innovation, and streamlines operations to meet the growing demands of today’s travelers.
