KLM announces letter of intent between Air France-KLM and Groupe CRIT for the sale of Cobalt Ground Solutions

Summary

Today KLM announces the signing of a letter of intent between Air France-KLM and Groupe CRIT for the sale of Cobalt Ground Solutions, a ground handling services provider at London Heathrow Airport.

 

 

Founded in 2009 by merging the two ground services subsidiaries of Air France and KLM and currently fully owned by the two companies, Cobalt Ground Solutions provides full ground handling services on London Heathrow Airport to major international airlines. Its revenues will amount to approximately 40 million Euros in 2016. This divestment is part of Air France-KLM strategy to focus on its core businesses.
