Impact hurricane Irma on KLM operation

KLM has cancelled the flights to St Maarten scheduled for Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. We are keeping a close eye on the situation and, based on the circumstances, will decide whether operations can be resumed. We are trying to reach KLM passengers on St Maarten to offer them a solution. To this end, we are in touch with the Dutch government and local authorities.

The islands of the Caribbean are very special to KLM. They hold a place close to our hearts. For many years, we have been bringing our customers to these islands, where our crews are always welcomed with great hospitality. Our thoughts therefore go out to the people of St Maarten and we will do our utmost to help where we can. I know I speak on behalf of many people at KLM in expressing my support and sympathy under these challenging circumstances.
