Flying Blue Introduces the Platinum Service Line

Summary

Flying Blue is today launching the Platinum Service Line in the Netherlands. This is an exclusive telephone number for all Platinum members. KLM is thus providing a single point of contact for all questions relating to (flight) reservations, baggage, check-in, or a Flying Blue account.

The introduction of the Platinum Service Line means a single telephone number now connects Dutch Platinum members to a special assistance team. This personal service raises the quality of service KLM is able to offer this select group of Platinum members.

The Platinum Service Line is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 hours to 20:00 hours and on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 17:30. Platinum members are being personally informed about how they can access this service.
