From 25 October 2015, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines begins serving meals by the Dutch three-star chef, Jacob Jan Boerma, in World Business Class on flights out of Amsterdam. Boerma is the first chef to enrich the KLM kitchen for a whole year.

From 1 December, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will serve its World Business Class passengers meals created by Richard Ekkebus of the restaurant Amber in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong.
