The procedures broadly revolve around a different approach on board, with more cabin crew giving direct service to our passengers, with less supervision. The total number of employees on board will remain unchanged. This implies that there are no redundancies. The new working procedures present new opportunities, as well as more varied work patterns. They also allow us to offer customers more tailored services.
