EVP HR & Industrial Relations Aart Slagt was presented with a “golden return ticket”.

]]>Members of various unions for ground personnel arrived at Head Office by bus and were welcomed with coffee, tea and sandwiches. The presentation of the “golden return ticket” was a symbolic gesture underscoring the unions’ demand that KLM withdraw its proposals for a new collective labour agreement.

Aart Slagt briefly addressed the union representatives and invited all parties to swiftly reengage to discuss the situation that had arisen and resumption of negotiations for a new collective labour agreement.
