Regrettably, we have not yet reached an agreement. All parties are disappointed by this outcome, but talks are still underway and the negotiations have not yet been rounded off. We are confident that we will be able to pursue consultation in a constructive manner.

The court will issue its final ruling in four weeks’ time.

 

]]>KLM recently accepted a proposal from the cabin crew unions regarding pensions. This was a key step in restoring confidence in negotiations between KLM and the cabin crew unions. KLM expects that this will pave the way towards resuming negotiations for a new collective labour agreement (CLA) with both the VNC and FNV unions for cabin crew.

These CLA negotiations will allow the parties to seek a solution for the Minus-1-CA issue as soon as possible. It will also allow the negotiation of agreements on productivity and other issues, such as career outlook at Inflight Services.
