KLM’s shareholders approve reappointment of Managing Director Swelheim and two Supervisory Directors

Summary

KLM’s shareholders voted at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the reappointment of Erik Swelheim as Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of KLM. The shareholders further approved the reappointment of Fleur Pellerin and Cees ‘t Hart as members of KLM’s Supervisory Board.

Swelheim has been a member of KLM’s Board of Managing Directors since 2014. This will be his third term. He has been reappointed for a two-year period.

KLM’s shareholders also approved the reappointment of Cees ‘t Hart and Fleur Pellerin as Supervisory Directors. In both cases, they have been reappointed after reaching the end of their terms as members of KLM’s Supervisory Board.

Cees ‘t Hart has served on the Supervisory Board since 2014. In 2019, he became its Chairperson. ‘t Hart’s reappointment marks his third term, this time for a period of two years.

Fleur Pellerin has been a member of KLM’s Supervisory Board since 2018. She has been reappointed for a second term following her nomination by Air France-KLM. This second term will be for a period of four years.
