KLM suspends flights to China (UPDATE)

Owing to the coronavirus outbreak, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has suspended service to destinations in mainland China since early February.

The health of staff and customers is KLM’s chief priority at all times. To offer customers the most optimal network under the current circumstances, KLM will adjust its flight schedule to mainland China as follows:

KLM will extend the suspension of service to Beijing and Shanghai through 28 March.

Flights to Chengdu, Hangzhou and Xiamen will remain suspended through 28 March.

KLM is closely monitoring the coronavirus outbreak in China and is in close contact with various national and international health and aviation authorities.

Our previously announced rebooking policy for China will remain in force for customers. You will find further information on klm.com.
