Members of the trade unions FNV Cabine and VNC voted in favour of a new collective labour agreement (CLA) for cabin personnel. KLM is pleased that an intensive period of negotiations has produced new CLAs for pilots and cabin personnel. Four of the five unions representing ground personnel have voted with large majorities in favour of the CLA that has been negotiated. The consultation process for the fifth union runs officially until 15 November 2023. We are looking forward to the outcome of this process. The CLAs run from 2 March 2023 to 28 February 2025 and provide strong foundations on which we can continue to build a healthy future for KLM and the aviation sector. We do this by working together, every day, to deliver a safe, reliable and high-quality product for our customers.
