With this film, KLM looks back on 2021, a year of optimism and perseverance. The world opened up and it was possible to fly again. There was perspective, but we also had to continuously adapt to rapidly changing circumstances, such as travel restrictions that changed almost daily. The experience of our customers when it comes to our service and quality remained high on our agenda. We also continued to invest in further sustainability and innovation of our operation. Because that is what we stand for with all KLM employees: coming out of the crisis stronger and better.
