KLM takes possession of FlightStats Punctuality Award

Summary

Today KLM received the FlightStats Punctuality Award as the world’s most punctual airline.

KLM staff members Tino de Jong and Nadia Aarab took possession of the award. They both work for the Ground Services division, which is responsible for handling passengers, baggage and aircraft and, in so doing, makes a major contribution to KLM’s punctuality. Pilots, cabin crew members, and maintenance staff were also present at the awards ceremony.

Punctuality plays an important role in our customers’ travel experience and is also essential for efficient business operations. The award is an important recognition for all KLM staff who work on this every day.
René de Groot, Chief Operating Officer of KLM
Time and again, KLM scores well for punctuality and, in its own distinctive way, shows how important customer satisfaction is. KLM deserves a real compliment for the way its personnel work together to achieve that. Their efforts have earned them this award.
David White, Chief Customer Officer of FlightStats
