KLM is a 4 Star Airline

Summary

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has been awarded the status of 4 Star Airline for its excellent products and services in the air and on the ground. This status was awarded by the airline rating and review site Skytrax.

“Skytrax has assessed and monitored the KLM quality improvements to the cabin product and front-line staff service areas onboard and in the airport environment during recent months,” said Edward Plaisted of Skytrax. “One of the areas which helped to achieve this higher rating is the introduction of their new full-flat seats in World Business Class, which are being refitted across their widebody fleet in the next two years.”

Last month, KLM won the SkyTrax award for “Best Airline Staff Service Europe”  for the second consecutive year.
