KLM Airbus escorted by two F16s at RNAF air show

Summary

An audience of 170,000 witnessed the flypast of a KLM Airbus 330-200 escorted by two F16s at the Royal Netherlands Air Force air show on Saturday, 11 June.

This spectacular flight, which saw the Airbus flying in close formation with the F16s, was filmed with a number of GoPro cameras.

In the video, Captain Menno Kroon explains what extra preparation was required for the flight.

The Airbus A330-200 in 58 metres long and can carry 243 passenger. KLM has eight of these aircraft in its fleet.
