Air France-KLM sells Cobalt Ground Solutions

As laid down in a memorandum of understanding in November 2016, Air France-KLM last week completed the sale of its British subsidiary Cobalt Ground Solutions, which provides ground handling services at London Heathrow Airport. Cobalt Ground Solutions will become part of the French company Groupe Crit, which also provide ground handling services.
